We lost moms, dads, uncles, aunts, grandmothers, grandfathers, cousins, mentors, neighbors, and friends. We lost seven Oklahomans. ... Read more

In the wake of one of the most destructive storms to ever hit the United States, Oklahoma’s neighbor to the south is facing tragic flooding, property damage, and trying times. Although facing a catastrophe of a different kind, the Oklahoma Standard is the promise we made years ago to take care of each other in times of tragedy. In the face of Hurricane Harvey, Texas needs to see that the Oklahoma Standard transcends state lines. While persistent storms and record breaking rainfall levels continu... Read more

The conversation happening in our nation in light of recent events is more about political correctness than the issue at hand. Neo-Nazis, white supremacists, and terrorists are bad people. The ideals of these groups are in opposition to everything our nation stands for and everything that holds true to our founding principles. Their hatred of people dissimilar to them is un-American and it should not be tolerated under any circumstances. Senator Cory Booker of New Jersey and House Minority Leade... Read more

Across the state, Oklahoma families are preparing to send their kids off for another year filled with homework assignments, tests, and after school activities.
