Congressman Markwayne Mullin to hold Town Hall events throughout District 2Congressman Markwayne Mullin to hold Town Hall events throughout District 2 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE January 24th 2013 – Congressman Markwayne Mullin (OK-2) today announced an extensive Town Hall tour of the 2nd District to be held from Tuesday, January 29th to Friday February 1st 2013. “I’ve said from the very beginning that no one would outwork us and I meant it,” said Mullin. “We want to be very proactive to stay in contact with the District. I’m committed to doing Town Hall events often so there can be a constant line of communication available. We want to be able to visit with as many people as possible as often as possible. I’m looking forward to a busy travel schedule during the week and I want to encourage members of the public to attend and ask questions.” These series of Town Hall events will be the first that Congressman Mullin has participated in since being sworn in to office. In December of 2012 as Congressman-elect, Mullin held an extensive “Listening Tour” with stops in all 26 Counties of the 2nd District. All events are free and open to the public.
