Congressman Markwayne Mullin (OK-02) participated in a House Energy and Commerce Health Subcommittee hearing today on enhancing vaccine access. Watch the full hearing segment here.“I hope the Biden Administration rethinks their strategy before they start handing over American intellectual property,” Mullin said. “The American people have invested a lot in this, and we are not just talking about the investment of tax dollars, but also national security. We need to make sure we put those priorities first before we start handing over our intellectual property – especially to our adversaries.”
