SPC Vanessa Guillén’s disappearance and horrific murder earlier this year shined a light on the systemic issue of sexual harassment and sexual assault within our military. This week I introduced the I Am Vanessa Guillén Act to address it. This isn’t a Democrat or Republican issue – it’s an American issue.

It’s an honor to serve, but days like today are frustrating. We are in Washington, DC voting on Speaker Pelosi’s Postal Service conspiracy theory that is only trying to scare the American people for political purposes. We are better than this as a country.

Between being with my son Jim in California during his rehabilitation and being in Washington D.C. for House business, it’s been awhile since I’ve spent a week in Oklahoma. I sure am glad to be home. It’s truly an honor to represent the great people of Oklahoma.

Mullin Testifies on Importance of Tax Credits in Indian Country

Congressman Markwayne Mullin (OK-02) testified in front of the Ways and Means Subcommittee on Select Revenue Measurers today during their hearing entitled “Examining the Impact of the Tax Code on Native American Tribes.” Mullin highlighted the importance of the Indian Employment Tax Credit and Adoption Tax Credit.

Nancy Pelosi has been playing the same political game for months now with the partisan impeachment sham. I hope once the Senate acquits President Trump that we can move on as a country.
